Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Consultant to accelerate product to market plans for Life Sciences clients using Technology, Data and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure business value at scale.

In the Quality Practice, you’ll own part of Consumer Products growth, help build a team, and oversee selling and delivering consulting programs while guiding senior client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of management consulting focused on Consumer Products.
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Consumer Goods.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Aufgaben

• Act as Lead for Veeva BC’s largest global projects with accountability for excellence across teams.
• Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice in Consumer Products.
• Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams and growth of the practice.
• Develop and champion industry‑leading Quality thought leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders using Veeva data and software.
