Qualifications

• CPCU or similar designation preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex commercial claims with high exposure.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insureds and partners.
• Verify coverage and reserve adequacy using policy language.
• Lead investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Develop and execute claim resolution strategies and settlements.
