• Verifies coverage and reserves by interpreting policy language and consulting with coverage counsel as needed.
• Leads focused investigations to determine compensability, liability, and damages.
• Develops and executes claim resolution strategies, including settlements and budget management.
• Addresses subrogation, salvage, and potential fraud opportunities with appropriate teams.
• Keeps leadership informed with loss summaries and risk analyses.
