Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build agentic, full-stack applications for Life Sciences, integrating with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, to transform Pharma and MedTech client workflows.

You will work across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containers (Docker), and modern UI (React/Next.js), writing high-quality code and shaping reusable components while collaborating with distributed teams and clients to create impactful analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Experience building agentic AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containers (Docker).
• Proficiency in Python, API development, and UI frameworks (React/Next.js).
• Knowledge graphs to ground GenAI/LLM applications a plus.
• Experience in Agile teams and collaborative work.
• Strong communication in English.
