DXC Technology is seeking a Sr Manager, Business Advisory & Development (Life Insurance) to partner with leading insurers, advise senior executives, and shape transformation agendas with measurable business impact.

You will connect industry insight with technology innovations, influence go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue growth across Life Insurance clients. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role within DXC’s advisory ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience across business, consulting, strategy, or technology in Life Insurance.
• At least 5 years in a senior advisory, consulting, strategy, or business development role.
• Experience with a leading management or technology consulting firm, ideally Big Four or similar.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, servicing, and customer experience.

• Advise senior executives: build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders at Life Insurance companies, shaping priorities and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape business and technology transformation: translate objectives into strategies across business models, operating models, digital capabilities, and operations.

• Influence go-to-market strategy: contribute to industry propositions and client engagements.
• Turn market intelligence into action: anticipate trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams: align consulting, sales, solutioning, product, technology and delivery stakeholders.
• Champion industry thought leadership: participate in executive discussions and client workshops.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes: support pipeline, pursuits, and revenue growth.
