Job summary
DXC Technology is seeking a Client Partner for Life and Annuity to own executive client relationships, drive growth strategy, and oversee financial performance and delivery alignment for insurance clients. This leader will connect client priorities to capabilities across digital, data, AI, cloud, and business process services.
The role requires deep Life and Annuity industry knowledge, consultative selling, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight or more years of progressive experience in insurance consulting, technology services, account management, sales, or client leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue, bookings, margin, pipeline, and account profitability for the assigned portfolio.
- Lead full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute account plans, define client priorities, and grow strategic relationships across Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Shape multiyear transformation and platform engagements with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor performance and risk, ensuring delivery aligns with long-term client value.
