Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a senior Client Partner for Life and Annuity to own senior client relationships, shape solutions around measurable outcomes, and drive multi-year transformation engagements across technology, data, cloud, and business processes.

You will lead complex pursuits from qualification through contract, ensure delivery performance, and grow revenue with executive stakeholders. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in insurance consulting, technology services, or client leadership.
• Substantial experience with Life Insurance and Annuities, including products, processes, platforms, and distribution models.
• Proven success growing complex insurance accounts and closing large technology, managed services, or transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, bookings, margin, pipeline, and account profitability for the portfolio.
• Lead governance with client and internal executives to protect long-term relationship value.
• Drive renewal, extension, and expansion strategies well before contract milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, engineering, operations, and marketing.
