DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead the Life and Annuity BPS sales and business development, targeting insurers, TPAs, and financial institutions seeking outsourcing of core operations.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, build a robust enterprise pipeline, and engage with C-level executives to discuss ROI and strategic value, with travel ~30-40% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software or B2B services sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience selling to the insurance industry (life, annuity, P&C, or health).
• Proven track record of closing deals with contract values of $500K+ annually.
• Experience selling complex, solution-based services (not transactional products).
• Demonstrated success building relationships with C-suite and operational executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in life and annuity insurance market.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with multiple opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, needs assessments, and feasibility studies with prospective clients.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to client challenges.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle through negotiation and closure.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and sales quotas.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; build executive relationships.
