Constellation Insurance, Inc. seeks an experienced actuarial leader to drive life insurance product pricing, development, and in-force management.

This hands-on role blends technical actuarial work with product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. The role includes leading design/pricing, regulatory support, experience studies, and executive reporting while mentoring two to three direct reports and engaging with reinsurers and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years actuarial experience in life insurance pricing/product management or related functions.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate (ASA).
• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Responsabilités

• Lead actuarial analysis for design, pricing, and development of life insurance products.
• Prepare memoranda, pricing documentation, and regulatory filing support.
• Evaluate profitability, capital needs, and risk including reinsurance opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for product development, validation, and administration.
• Analyze in-force performance and adjust credits/dividends as needed.
• Conduct experience studies covering mortality, persistency, expenses, commissions, investment returns.
• Support illustration testing and product governance.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and market analysis.
• Prepare management reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage and develop two to three direct reports and mentor actuarial talent.
