Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible life underwriting experience required.
• FALU and FLMI designations demonstrate advanced technical expertise.
• Leadership within a complex life underwriting organization required.
• Experience with reinsurance treaties, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk appetite is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for large and complex life insurance cases.
• Lead strategic initiatives and manage relationships with vendors and reinsurers.
