Job summary

Funko is seeking a Sr. Manager, Licensing (Studios and Video Games) to lead entertainment partnerships across its licensed portfolio. Based in Burbank, CA (or Everett, WA), you will forecast and negotiate with licensors, drive growth for Pop! lines, and coordinate with sales and leadership to identify new opportunities.

You have 5+ years in IP merchandising or licensing, a business/marketing background, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct IP merch, fashion or licensing experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entertainment partnerships with licensors and manage contracts.
• Forecast, review, and identify opportunities to grow Pop! and licensed lines.
• Develop strategies by retailer, brand and property to expand business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and meet commitments.
