Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct toy, collectible, or licensing experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loungefly partnerships with forecasting, contract review, and relationship management.
• Manage calendarized business reviews by partner.
• Identify new business and revenue opportunities with licensors.
• Develop strategies by retailer, brand and property with leadership.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Product Development to align on contractual rights.
