Job summary

Funko is seeking a Sr. Manager, Licensing (Studios and Video Games) to oversee partnerships and grow the company’s Entertainment portfolio. The role reports to the VP, Licensing and Business Development and is based in the U.S.

with responsibilities spanning forecasting, contract negotiations, and strategic growth with licensors. Located in Everett, WA or Burbank, CA, this position requires strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in IP merchandising or licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of direct IP merch, fashion categories or adjacent licensing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experienced written and verbal communication skills; must be confident, fluid and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Entertainment partnerships and manage licensor relationships and contracts.
• Forecasting, contract review and negotiation with licensors.
• Develop strategies and business plans by retailer, brand and property.
• Analyze account performance and develop growth plans with key licensor(s).
