Job summary

Funko, based in Burbank, CA, seeks a Licensing Manager to oversee Loungefly partnerships and grow licensing revenue. You will forecast, negotiate contracts, and support partnerships within its Sports, Video Games, and Icons portfolio.

This role reports to the VP, Licensing and Business Development. The role emphasizes business planning, category management, and product development, with a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct toy, collectibles, or adjacent licensing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experienced written and verbal communication; confident and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage Loungefly partnerships, including forecasting, contract review, and relationship management.
• Calendarized business reviews by partner.
• Identify new business and revenue opportunities with licensors and provide coverage on contractual needs.
• Develop strategies and business plans by retailer, brand and property with leadership.
