Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct toy, collectible, or licensing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage loungefly partnerships and licensor relationships.
• Forecast, negotiate contracts, and support revenue growth with licensors.
• Develop retailer strategies and product/merchandising plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Merch/ VP to align business plans.
