Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of product management, software platform development, SaaS operations, or related field.
• Strong background in SaaS licensing, entitlement management, subscription platforms, or adjacent platform infrastructure domains.
• Experience translating complex business, technical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, legal, and operations teams to align on initiatives.
• Experience with compliance-driven product development or regulated environments (FedRAMP, IRAP, etc.) is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking to identify dependencies, risks, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing and entitlement product domain end-to-end: license creation, provisioning, assignment, validation, subscription management, renewals, and scalability.
• Define and drive requirements for complex licensing scenarios across direct, partner, and bundled offerings.
• Lead FedRAMP readiness by translating security/compliance needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to resolve design decisions and deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear PRDs, decision frameworks, backlogs, and development plans.
• Drive roadmap alignment for entitlement management, auditability, compliance workflows, and subscription lifecycle across systems.
• Represent licensing architecture and compliance product requirements to senior stakeholders.
