Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Product Manager for License Compliance & Entitlements in North America (hybrid or remote). You will own how enterprise customers are provisioned and governed across single-tenant, customer-cloud, and on-premise deployments, ensuring licensing aligns with contracts.

You will interact with product, compliance, sales, engineering, support, and legal to build tooling and roadmaps that prevent misuse.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in product management, license/entitlement management, or software compliance.
• Experience with enterprise software in a B2B context, with deployment models (single-tenant, customer-cloud, on-premise).
• Experience with software licensing, entitlements, or license compliance.
• Product roadmap ownership and shipping features in partnership with engineering.
• Strong data fluency to analyze usage/configuration data and tell a clear narrative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance analysis and review customer usage across deployment models to verify scope.
• Identify license misuse patterns and translate findings into summaries.
• Define governance for API, AI-service, and RPA access licensing.
• Own the compliance and entitlement roadmap prioritized by risk and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with sales, support, legal to enable go-to-market and customer conversations.
