Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Indiana
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of professional surveying experience
• Strong understanding of boundary law and mapping principles
• Experience with computer-aided drafting programs
• Ability to work outdoors and manage field activities

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
• Prepare survey plats, maps, reports, and legal descriptions
• Research land records, historical surveys, and title information
• Utilize CAD and survey software to process and present data
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
• Supervise survey personnel and field operations
