Job summary

Apex Companies is seeking a driven Senior Professional Licensed Surveyor to lead boundary and topographic survey projects across the region. You will supervise field crews, validate data, and ensure compliance with state standards while coordinating with clients and project teams to deliver accurate, on-time results.

We value strong leadership, meticulous QA/QC, and a commitment to safety. Remote work is available regionally, with field visits as needed.

Qualifications

• PA PLS license or reciprocity within reasonable timeframe.
• 8+ years of progressive survey experience including PM/supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Associate in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Tech, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and right-of-way surveys from proposal to deliverables.
• Lead field crews, UAV ops, and office technicians for QA/QC.
• Coordinate survey activities with PMs, engineers, clients, and regulators.
