Job summary

LABA/Program Manager at PBS Corp. oversees and coordinates high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

The role requires active licensure, a relevant BA/BS with 1,000 field hours, and completion of WA state BCBA-related credentialing steps. You will lead scheduling, QA, and documentation, while mentoring supervisees and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
