They oversee program implementation, coordinate with regional teams for efficiency, and maintain standards to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, and staff mentorship while upholding licensure and certification

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
