Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lending Transaction Analyst Sr in a multi-location footprint (Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; or Dallas, TX). Core hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am EST–7:00 pm EST, with remote work eligibility in select locations.

Qualifications

Associates or equivalent degree and related experience.
Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Prepares documents to match specifications of credit approval, deal requirements, and policies for complex transactions.
Creates and maintains legal document files required for complex transactions.
Prepares and issues legal documents to client for transactions and reviews them for compliance.
Prepares requests to release client funds.
Satisfies documentation due diligence for standard transactions and resolves exceptions.
Prepares and files security documentation for standard transactions to perfect collateral.
