Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare due diligence for complex transactions and coordinate with partners.
• Create and maintain legal document files for transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents for credit approval.
• Coordinate onboarding and posting transactions to accounting systems.
• Ensure timely due diligence and escalate when needed.
• Prepare security documents to perfect collateral.
