Qualifikationen

• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Military service may be considered in lieu of education.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Aufgaben

• Prepares documents to match specifications of credit approval, deal requirements, and policies for complex transactions.
• Creates and maintains legal document files required for complex transactions; coordinates onboarding with Servicing.
• Prepares and issues legal documents to clients and reviews client-executed documents for compliance.
• Prepares requests to release client funds.
• Satisfies due diligence for standard transactions; escalates when necessary and resolves issues.
• Prepares and files security documentation for standard transactions to perfect collateral.
