Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tigard, OR is seeking a senior business analyst/PM to spearhead workflow and process optimization across bank business units. You will document requirements, investigate systems, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions, bridging business and technology to enable the bank's goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide RFPs, lead UAT, develop training and post-implementation materials, and ensure adherence to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant business analyst and/or project management and/or operations experience related to the assigned business unit function.
• Expertise in banking operations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior knowledge of development concepts and customer requirements.
• Exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs to document, communicate, validate and refine requirements and make recommendations based on product vision and market needs.
• Elicits information from subject matter experts, business owners, vendors, and others regarding existing and proposed business systems.
• Translates highly complex business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Leads business base development and RFP process during project initiation.
• Leads integration and user acceptance testing of new or revised workflows, processes, and systems.
• Develops training and implementation and post-implementation materials.
