This role serves as a liaison between business partners, operations teams, and technology to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and improve workflow efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Typically six or more years of related experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, process improvement, project management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting system implementations, technology initiatives, or large-scale operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operating procedures to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify process bottlenecks, operational risks, redundancies, and control gaps.
• Develop and document current-state and future-state process flows, business requirements, and operational procedures.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• Measure and monitor process performance using established metrics and reporting tools.
• Conduct business assessments and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple business lines.
