Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tigard, OR seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to design and maintain PD/LGD scorecards and risk rating models for commercial portfolios. You will produce complex reports and dashboards, support frontline lending partners, and help update credit policy in a team-focused environment.

You will collaborate with Model Risk Management, validate models, monitor performance, and present findings to senior management and regulators. Strong SQL, BI skills, and advanced analytics required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or related field required.
• Advanced degree and/or related certification preferred.
• 4-7 years of credit risk-related experience with Commercial & Industrial or Commercial Real Estate loan types.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PD and LGD risk rating scorecards and related models.
• Design and develop risk rating reports and dashboards for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Model Risk Management to validate models and remediate findings.
• Support lending partners with risk rating discussions and policy input.
• Present findings to senior management and regulators.
