Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager in Idaho to optimize workflows for bank units and bridge business needs with information technology. You will document requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and lead testing and implementation efforts.

Requirements include 5+ years in business analysis or project management, Encompass LOS experience, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business analyst, project management, or operations experience.
• 5+ years Encompass Loan origination system experience.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Superior knowledge of banking policies and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work across teams with executives and managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to document and refine requirements.
• Elicits information from subject matter experts, business owners, and vendors.
• Translates complex needs into application and operational requirements.
• Leads RFP process during project initiation.
• Leads integration and user acceptance testing of new workflows or systems.
• Develops training and implementation materials.
• Serves as liaison between business units and Technology Advancement Group (TAG).
• Keeps up to date on bank regulations and policy changes.
• Coaches or trains others as subject matter expert.
