The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking/analytical roles, a strong command of data analysis, and experience with process optimization and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, IS, or analytics field.
• Minimum 5 years banking/financial services experience.
• Minimum 5 years in BA/Process/Operations analytics role.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Map and optimize current and future-state processes and data flows.
• Assess business, regulatory, and technology impacts; identify risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, test cases, and UAT.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead and support process improvement and strategic initiatives.
