• Comfort presenting to bank executives and researching primary sources for defensible answers.
• Depth in bank lending, compliance knowledge, and product configuration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrations (~25%) — deliver Epic LOS/POS demos to prospective banks/credit unions and tailor to lending channels and state requirements.
• Own the demo environment — maintain Epic's reference implementation and reproduce client issues.
• Serve as product/compliance authority — escalate questions, research CFPB/agency requirements, and support audits.
• Translate needs into requirements — write clear specs for enhancements and defects; prepare client-facing reports.
