Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Systems Analyst / Technical Lead to support Consumer Lending platforms and processes. You will lead requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide project implementations across lending tools and LOS solutions.

The role emphasizes both technical and leadership skills, with a path to broader management responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Consumer lending experience strongly preferred with LOS exposure.
• Extensive background in business or systems analysis at senior/lead level.
• Ability to lead sessions, translate needs, and align stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and configurations.
• Strong communication across technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex business analysis activities at a senior BA level.
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, workflows, and tests.
• Provide hands-on leadership for lending applications and integrations.
• Coordinate with developers and tech teams on implementations.
• Manage backlogs, risks, and deliverables with the manager.
