You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and drive customer service excellence while achieving branch sales goals in a regulated financial services environment.

The role requires proven success in sales and customer acquisition, strong CRM and analytical skills, and the ability to work within policies and procedures. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years proven achievement in sales, retail, banking, or collections with documented revenue growth.
• Strong math, verbal communication, reading/writing, and ability to interpret complex information.
