Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Lender in Albuquerque, NM. You will assist members with their financial needs in a center environment, process loan applications, open memberships, and educate members on products and services.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of lending operations experience.
• Monday-Friday 9:15 AM-6:00 PM with rotating Saturday schedule.
• Knowledge of Meridianlink, Qualifile and XP2 navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with excellent service in a contact center environment.
• Open and close accounts/memberships; handle consumer loans (excluding home equity).
• Answer questions about products and services; troubleshoot member issues.
• Process online lending applications and membership needs via virtual channels; escalate to supervisor when needed.
