Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union in Albuquerque is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant at the Journal Center Branch to provide consultative financial guidance and educate members on financial options. Working 37-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, you will help members with accounts, loans, and services while referring to specialists as needed.

You’ll support teller and platform operations, assist with openings, and help members meet goals while upholding Nusenda’s service standards and community focus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide exceptional service.
• Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with their financial needs using a consultative approach.
• Educate members on value-added products/services to meet needs, including accounts, loans, and services.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line as required.
• Handle problem resolution within your authority.
• Process transactions accurately per policies and regulations.
