Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Technology Training Attorney to develop and deliver attorney-focused training on AI and approved technologies. This role will support the firm’s attorneys from the Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles or the New York office, with a possible hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate has a JD or equivalent, minimum three years of law firm practice, and experience combining legal practice with technology learning.

Qualifications

• JD, LLB, or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least three (3) years of experience practicing law in a law firm or similar environment.
• Experience at the intersection of legal practice, technology and learning.
• Proven track record developing and delivering technology training for attorneys.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, knowledge management, or digital transformation initiatives through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Innovation team to align attorney training with the AI strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead the design of attorney-focused content and scenarios with instructional designers and trainers.
• Establish trusted relationships with attorneys and practice groups to identify learning needs and barriers.
• Conduct feedback sessions, focus groups, and evaluations to improve training outcomes.
• Stay current with AI and legal tech developments to improve productivity and learning.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive information as required by firm policies.
