Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Senior Legal Systems and Operations Specialist to join our Legal team as a remote role, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Employment and Procurement. The ideal candidate will implement and manage Legal IT systems, coordinate with IT and vendors, and support document management and signing workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in an in-house corporate Legal Department (multi-national SaaS or tech preferred).
• AI-first technology lens; practical experience with common Legal IT tools (Docusign, SharePoint, AI contract review tools).
• Experience representing Legal in company-wide IT implementations, including UAT and requirements communication.
• Experience training Legal Department users and applying change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience navigating privacy, security, and AI obligations.
• Commitment to North America time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, implementation, and maintenance of all IT tools used by the Legal team.
• Manage Legal Department purchasing, budget, events, and vendor management.
• Maintain Legal team's document repositories and best practices for document management.
• Oversee document signature routing via Salesforce/Docusign integration and outside the system.
• Handle corporate governance matters for U.S. and foreign subsidiaries.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including GC travel and expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
