Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Legal, Compliance, Policy Organization. You will translate legal and business requirements into actionable technical plans, own end-to-end delivery of Legal Tech initiatives, and champion user experience across stakeholders.

You will work with LCPO, engineering, and data teams to apply AI-powered tools and drive efficient, data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related delivery role, ideally with enterprise/legal/compliance exposure.
• Able to structure and manage technical program delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical scope for engineering.
• Strong requirements gathering with incisive questions and scope clarity.
• Architectural awareness and ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Focus on usability and workflow simplicity amid complex legal/compliance contexts.
• Excellent communication to build trust across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Engineering.
• Experience with AI and automation tools and applying them to accelerate delivery.
• Proactive, independent, and able to identify areas of need and action plans.
• Curiosity to explore new legal, compliance, and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Translate legal/business requirements into clear technical requirements and plans for engineering.
• Collaborate with LCPO stakeholders to gather requirements and surface true needs.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for Legal Tech initiatives from planning to launch.
• Champion end-user experience throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Structure program delivery across engineering teams, identifying workstreams and risks.
• Maintain plans with milestones and risk reporting; escalate blockers with solutions.
• Engage with SMEs and engineering leads on architecture and trade-offs.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis and documentation.
• Support change management: communication, training, and adoption tracking.
• Contribute to scaling program management best practices across Legal Tech programs.
• Define intake metrics with baseline and target before work begins.
