Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Staff Business Systems Analyst for Legal Technology to own a multi-year roadmap across Legal Tech, CLM, and eDiscovery. You will partner with LCPO, strategy, and practice groups to translate vision into a sequenced plan and drive delivery with FLP Tech engineering and partners.

You'll balance build vs. buy, design integrations, and evaluate vendors while enabling AI-enabled workflows with governance and audit controls.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise software products or business systems for regulated domains.
Ability to define multi-year roadmaps and balance platform health with run-the-business.
Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story writing.
Familiarity with legal workflows and compliance operations.

Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year Legal Technology roadmap and investment view.
Collaborate with LCPO and FLP Tech to gather requirements and translate into tech specs.
Own omni-channel intake, triage, routing, and SLA management for legal workflows.
Lead governance, vendor evaluations, and business case development.
Design integrations with CLM, eDiscovery, matter management, and data platforms.
Prototype AI-enabled workflows and assess human-in-the-loop controls.
Partner with data analytics to measure portfolio health and adoption.
