Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to modernize the Legal Tech stack, enabling faster, data-driven operations. You will translate legal requirements into engineering plans, drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives like AI-assisted review tooling and data lake integrations, and champion user-centric design across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related delivery role, ideally in enterprise/legal/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate non-technical stakeholders into clear technical scope.
• Excellent requirements gathering and clarification skills.
• Comfort discussing architecture and trade-offs with engineers without coding.

Responsibilities

• Translate legal/business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and plans for engineering execution.
• Gather requirements across LCPO stakeholders and surface underlying needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery for prioritized Legal Tech initiatives from planning to launch.
• Advocate for usability and simple workflows for end users in complex environments.
• Structure delivery across teams, manage risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Build plans, monitor risks, and escalate blockers with recommended paths to green.
• Engage with engineers to discuss constraints in plain language and trade-offs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Support change management, adoption, and training for new tools and workflows.
• Contribute to scalable PM practices, templates, and metrics for the program.
