Qualifications

7+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Tech/Transformation.
Proven Legal AI Engineer or Technical PM experience implementing legal tech.
Track record in transformation, change management, and ROI measurement.
Strong understanding of legal practice areas and intake workflows.
Experience building data analytics frameworks and dashboards.
Excellent communication bridging IT needs and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of enterprise legal tech in Agile, with BRDs and SOPs.
Develop AI solutions and tools (Gemini, Legora, Claude) with IT/InfoSec collaboration.
Design change management programs and trainings to drive adoption.
Define metrics, build data/information dashboards for legal systems.
Map and govern legal workflows using enterprise tools and process mappings.
Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, Finance to align legal tech with enterprise architecture.
