Job summary
HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Legal Operations & System Specialist to partner with the Legal team, administer legal tech initiatives, and optimize processes for efficiency and impact.
The role collaborates with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, Security, and Engineering to scale operations and governance across the organization. You will manage CLM tools, AI-assisted reviews, and cross-functional governance while building scalable workflows and dashboards to drive value and ensure data integrity in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal operations certificate, but not required.
- 5+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Technology.
- Experience administering CLM systems.
- Experience with AI legal technology.
- Experience with eBilling platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS contracting.
Responsibilities
- Administer CLM tools and optimize templates, metadata, and workflows.
- Manage AI-assisted contract review tools and governance.
- Build scalable prompt libraries for AI-assisted workflows.
- Deliver cross-department AI governance training and enablement.
- Monitor AI tool performance and adoption metrics.
- Improve contract turnaround times with scalable workflows and dashboards.
- Maintain legal department reporting metrics and SOPs.
- Audit legal systems to identify efficiency gaps and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and Security to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Oversee outside counsel onboarding, invoicing workflows, and spend analytics.
