Latham & Watkins is seeking an Associate Recruiting Specialist for US Programs in Washington, DC, with hybrid work options.

The role coordinates recruiting for the US summer program, pre-law internship program, and external partnerships, while developing management skills by mentoring junior team members. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least five years in legal recruitment are required, with strong MS Office and ATS capabilities to support committees and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to supervise and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the US summer program and pre-law internship program.
• Support external partnerships and recruiting events; maintain relationships with attorneys and departments.
• Mentor coordinators and assistants; supervise staffing during peak periods.
• Prepare recruitment statistics, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
