Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute US entry-level associate recruiting strategy across Dechert offices.
• Oversee US fall campus recruiting and summer associate programs, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Partner with hiring partners and leadership to align recruiting with growth plans.
• Promote firm brand and build relationships with law schools and external organizations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Design and coordinate summer programming, committee work, and evaluations.
