High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of receptionist, administrative support, or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced professional environment.
Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, visitors, attorneys, and support staff.
