• Experience with legal terminology and citations is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proofread complex legal documents for accuracy and style per Chicago/Bluebook guidelines.
• Compare documents word-for-word against originals for precise conversion.
• Review cross-references, terms, and authorities for accuracy and style.
• Check handwritten revisions against drafts to ensure corrections are made.
• Ensure content is clear, complete, and logically organized.
• Use proofreading marks to indicate corrections.
• Follow policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
