Goodwin is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Project Management to partner with partners and fee earners across practice groups to drive matter delivery, commercial discipline, and client transparency.

As an early hire in a nascent LPM function, you will help create the operating model, develop playbooks, mentor teammates, and embed design thinking, data tools, and AI-enabled processes to improve forecasting and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal project management or related roles in a law firm, in-house legal team, or professional services.
• Experience embedding LPM in nascent environments and working with partners.
• Familiarity with design thinking, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted advisory relationships with partners and senior associates to shape scope, resourcing, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Pricing to deliver integrated pricing and project management solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end LPM support on complex matters, ensuring on-scope, on-budget, and on-time delivery.
• Develop matter plans, budgets, and dashboards for real‑time visibility.
• Engage clients to communicate progress, risk, and value via reports.
