Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Project Management to partner with partners and fee earners across practice groups to drive matter delivery, budgeting, and client transparency. You’ll collaborate with the Head of LPM and the Client Value & Pricing team to embed LPM into how Goodwin delivers work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal project management or related role.
• Experience embedding LPM in nascent environments.
• Exposure to design thinking, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience training, coaching or change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with partners and senior associates to shape scope and resourcing.
• Lead end-to-end LPM support on high-value matters within scope and budget.
• Manage client communications on progress, budget status, and delivery timelines.
• Champion AI, automation and data tools to improve planning and forecasting.
• Help create the LPM operating model, templates, and scalable workflows.
