Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Project Management to partner with partners and fee earners across practice groups, embedding LPM into how the firm delivers work. You will drive matter delivery, commercial discipline, and client transparency with the Head of LPM and the Client Value & Pricing team.

You will lead end-to-end LPM on high-value matters, build matter plans and dashboards, and advocate for AI-enabled, data-driven budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal project management or related roles.
• Experience embedding LPM in nascent environments with partners.
• Exposure to design thinking, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Training, coaching, or change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build advisory relationships with partners and senior associates to shape scope and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end LPM on complex matters to protect profitability.
• Develop matter plans, budgets, and real-time dashboards for clients.
• Champion AI, automation, and data tools for planning and reporting.
