Job summary

IntegriChain in Philadelphia seeks a hands-on Head of Legal Operations to own CLM and GRC platforms, shaping contracts, policy, and privacy programs. You’ll partner with Security & Compliance and the SVP, Legal, to build scalable systems and governance.

This is a rare first-ops hire with real budget and direct influence. You’ll connect Legal with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Security and People while establishing metrics and dashboards for governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of a CLM implementation or enterprise systems rollout.
• Working knowledge of GRC or privacy platforms (OneTrust, LogicGate, Vanta, AuditBoard).
• Builder’s instinct for process: create structure and document it well.
• Comfort with data — Microsoft 365, e-signature tools, and building readable reports.
• Clear, plain-language communication with non-Legal stakeholders.
• Good judgement and discretion with confidential information.
• Self-direction and the ability to prioritise when urgency is high.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, implementation, and rollout of CLM platform with templates, routing, e-signature, and renewal tracking.
• Lead the GRC platform rollout (policy management, vendor risk).
• Define contract workflows and build playbooks, templates, and checklists.
• Develop a policy management process: drafting standards, approvals, versioning, publishing, attestation.
• Define metrics and dashboards to improve legal–business conversations.
• Support privacy operations: DSAR intake, data mapping, privacy assessments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Security, and People to bridge gaps.
