Job summary

IntegriChain Incorporated is building a new legal operations function in a rapidly growing life sciences data and technology company. You will lead the CLM implementation, select a GRC platform, and own policy and privacy program design from day one.

You’ll design scalable processes, create playbooks and templates, and deliver dashboards to enable strategic conversations with leadership. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the SVP, Legal with a direct impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of a CLM implementation or enterprise systems rollout.
• Working knowledge of GRC or privacy platforms such as OneTrust, LogicGate, Vanta, AuditBoard.
• A builder’s instinct for process and documenting it so it sticks.
• Comfort with data and building reporting that others read.
• Clear, plain-language communication with non-Legal colleagues.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Self-direction and prioritization when urgent work piles up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, implementation, and rollout of CLM and a GRC platform; own these tools as the business admin.
• Map current contract flows and design a practical, transparent process with templates and playbooks.
• Establish a policy management process including drafting standards, approvals, publication, and attestation.
• Define key metrics and build dashboards for better business and leadership discussions.
• Support privacy operations including DSAR intake, data mapping, and privacy assessments.
• Collaborate across Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Security, and People teams.
